MARKETING OPERATIONS
I reinvented the Marketing Operational Toolkit for 107 stores & 6 brands. The toolkit emphasized 7 key aspects of grassroots marketing including email capture, neighborhood outreach, rescue & nonprofit relationships, in-store events, community events, marketing materials, & social media.
As marketing support to store leadership:
I Maintained a detailed calendar of community events for planning and management
I consulted with store managers on marketing events and gave guidance to increase event and asset ROI and regional brand awareness
I managed district marketing budgets for sponsorships, marketing materials and donations
I helped facilitate the event calendar scheduling, social media requests, print collateral, advertisement opportunities and other marketing needs from the teams.
